The Atlantic Challenge

Action Fundraisers are delighted to be part of the team supporting the Friend brothers row across the Atlantic in the Talisker Whisky Challenge. Four brothers, two sets of twins – Jack, Hamish, Arthur and Euan Friend, will be setting off in December 2022 to row 3000 miles from the Canaries to Antigua.

They have named the project ‘FriendShip Atlantic’ and their boat after their boat after Grandmother who is affectionally known as Eppy (Elspeth)

Here’s a quick showreel of what the boys have been up to so far.

The brothers are aiming to raise money for three charities: Drive Forward, CHAT, and Kiwoko Hospital. In the brothers own words, “This challenge will test the bonds of brothership to the extreme and gives us an exciting opportunity to raise money and awareness for three fantastic charities close to our hearts“.
